AeroDRBrochure

The AeroDR System combines the CS-7 console and highly durable Aero DR detectors to deliver unique solutions that increase economic value through high uptime and increased productivity. With superb image quality, advanced imaging tools, and greater dose efficiency, the AeroDR System enhances clinical confidence and patient satisfaction.

CS-7 Features

Send patient images to PACS

Obtain examination information from RIS and send back each result

Link up x-ray exposure condition with x-ray console

Write patient image on CD/DVD with DICOM, PDI, and JPEG format

Quick image preview in under 2 seconds

User-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) adding new and powerful proprietary functions

Easily modify GUI to meet customer preferences and flexibility needs

Intelligent Grid Function improves contrast which is affected by scattered radiation without a grid. This provides easy workflow and does not require the operator to carry the grid to perform an exam

Highlight Function can highlight tube/gauze in images that are difficult to be detected in normal images

Stitching Function can combine 2 or 3 images and also can adjust the combined position of images on the screen. This function is useful at handling long images as 1 image

AeroDR 1012HQ

The lightest FPD in the world (as of 2013), weighs only 1.7Kg including batteries. It is an ideal solution for exams such as pediatric or extremities

AeroDR 1417HQ

World’s Lightest Weight (including battery) (2.9kg) This 14 x 17 in (35 x 43 cm) Cesium Iodide detector is easy to handle making it especially convenient for multi-room use

AeroDR 1717HQ

The most lightweight (3.6Kg) 17 x17 in (43 x 43 cm) panel, despite being cassette size and wireless. The larger image area allows more anatomy to be imaged, thereby reducing positioning errors

Scintillator Direct-Contact Technology

Konica Minolta succeeded by creating a new technology whereby a CsI scintillator is made to contact directly over a TFT*1 sensor panel without any protective layer in between them. This technology has made it possible to guide the light emitted from the scintillator to the photodiode without causing the light to be dispersed at the interface with the TFT sensor.

Quality Assurance

The DR QC Phantom allows comprehensive quality assurance testing for DR Detectors and associated software. The phantom enables seven quality assurance assessments for monthly and semi-annual evaluation, including exposure linearity and sensitivity, high and low contrast reproducibility, artifact and residual image detection, image resolution, collimator beam alignment, measurement tool accuracy, and display jitter QA testing.
